About the site

2000   

Passiflora Online started off as a couple of pages attached to the web site of my business, Riverside Gym in Hampton Court, East Molesey, Surrey. Now at well over a thousand pages it is the largest most authoritative Passiflora resource on the web. This is in no small part down to the kindness and help of Passiflora academics, photographers and enthusiasts worldwide, many of whom are acknowledged here.

2007

The Passiflora Online Facebook Group, which is affiliated to this site, was created in October of this year. It now has over 1250 members worldwide and over five thousand pictures posted. It has become the biggest most active group of Passiflora enthusiasts in the world!

2011

I have been growing Passiflora in UK as a hobby for over 20 years. When not pottering about the garden I am generally at the gym. See garden views, a short garden movie and an assortment of visitors including Dr Les King, Dr John Vanderplank and many more including Indian Ring-Necked Parakeets!
