P. exoniensis flower view 1

Flower bud developing with peduncles only a few inches long. So this is P. x exoniensis. In true P. antioquiensis the flower will hang down on a peduncle up to 2 foot long. Note the bud hangs down vertically & is not very showy. In contrast the open flower when viewed from underneath is spectacular.
