Glossophaga commissarisi is a rather unspecialized glossophagine bat. Moderately sized ears and noseleaf together with a slightly enlarged rostrum characterize the most generalistic genus within the New World Nectar-feeding bats.    Image & text © 2000 Marco Tchapka
