Passiflora ‘Emil Kugler’ is another tetraploid selection of Passiflora caerulea created by Dr. Roland Fischer. Compared with Passiflora ‘Clear Sky’ under identical conditions outside, flowering begins about a month later, it does not reflex & the flower is less spectacular. Its flower can vary in appearance. The foliage is not attractive so it is not commercially available. It is one of P. ‘Clear Sky’s parents.
