Passiflora gibertii grown from seed. Note the spelling of ‘gibertii’ in the original paper was with one ‘i’. That is now considered by the ICNP to be an incorrect format, so has been revised. Incorrect variations include giberti and gilbertii. This may be the same plant as P. ‘St Rule’. The flower has an attractive perfume. CAUTION The unripe fruit of this plant are thought to be toxic and may be fatal.
